Referral scheme
Refer a colleague
If a colleague is thinking about Dubai and you think a straight conversation with a dentist who made the move would help them, introduce us. On completion of a purchase, there is a thank-you gift of up to GBP 1,000.
Introduce a colleague by WhatsApp, email or the form; if they go on to complete a property purchase through me at Provident, you receive a gift of up to GBP 1,000 or an equivalent Dubai experience, subject to Provident compliance and the terms below. Last reviewed 22 October 2026.
How does it work?
- You introduce a colleague, with their consent, by WhatsApp, email or the form on this page, before they first contact me.
- I register the introduction in writing to you both.
- If they complete a purchase through me at Provident Real Estate, the gift is sent after transfer and after Provident has received its commission.
Referral terms
- Eligibility. The referrer may be anyone aged 18 or over who is not a licensed real estate broker or agent in the UAE and is not an employee of Provident Real Estate. The referred person must not already be a client of Dr Deepak Songra or Provident, and must consent to the introduction.
- Registration. An introduction counts only if it is made in writing (WhatsApp, email or this form) before the referred person's first contact with Dr Deepak Songra, and is acknowledged in writing. Where two people refer the same person, the first registered introduction counts.
- Qualifying event. A completed purchase of property in the UAE by the referred person through Dr Deepak Songra at Provident Real Estate Broker L.L.C, evidenced by DLD transfer or Oqood registration and receipt by Provident of the brokerage commission. Tenancies, clinic transactions and cancelled or reversed purchases do not qualify.
- The gift. Up to GBP 1,000 in value, or an equivalent Dubai experience, at Dr Deepak Songra's discretion and scaled to the commission received. It is a gift, not a fee, commission or share of commission. It is paid within 30 days of the qualifying event.
- Compliance. The scheme is subject to RERA regulations and Provident compliance approval. Where RERA rules prohibit any reward to a particular person, none is paid. No cash is paid to unlicensed persons where RERA rules prohibit it.
- Tax. Any tax on the gift is the referrer's responsibility.
- Data. Both parties' details are processed as described in the privacy policy and used only to administer the introduction.
- Changes. The scheme may be withdrawn or changed at any time; introductions registered before a change are honoured on the terms that applied when they were registered. Governing law: England and Wales for the scheme; UAE law for any brokerage.
Questions people ask
What do I get for a referral?
A gift of up to GBP 1,000, or an equivalent Dubai experience, on completion of a purchase introduced by you, subject to Provident compliance and the written terms below.
Why a gift rather than cash?
RERA rules restrict the sharing of brokerage fees with unlicensed persons. A thank-you gift on completion, approved by Provident's compliance team, keeps everyone on the right side of the rules. Where the rules prohibit any reward to a particular person, none is paid.
When is it paid?
After the DLD transfer or Oqood registration of the introduced purchase and after Provident has received its commission, and never before.
Does the referral have to be a medical professional?
No, but the site is written for them and most introductions are.

A WhatsApp message with both names is enough to register it.
